That’s why your handlebars, stems, seatposts, and seat clamps are covered for life with PEMBREE+ — a warranty you can activate online within 30 days of delivery.
Similarly, your pedals are protected for 5 years from the delivery date with PEMBREE+ — an extended warranty offered free of charge, also to be activated within 30 days.

Grip benefit from the 2-year statutory warranty against conformity defects. Registering for the PEMBREE+ program within 30 days of delivery gives you access to Crash Replacement on all your eligible products.

To register within 30 days, simply upload a copy of your proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt), required for any warranty or crash replacement claim.
These warranties reflect our lasting commitment: enabling you to ride longer, more freely, and with complete peace of mind.

Without any action on your part, all our products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity — 2 years in France from the date of delivery. This duration may vary depending on the legislation in force in your country.

What is not covered by the PEMBREE+ warranty

• Normal wear and tear of components (grips, pedal pins, bearings, anodized surfaces, seals).
• Damage caused by improper use, inadequate storage, unauthorized repair, or intentional modification.
• Maintenance not in compliance with PEMBREE usage or maintenance conditions.
• Crashes or accidents: these cases are handled by our complementary PEMBREE+ Crash Replacement program.
• Shipping costs if no defect is found following a technical analysis.

Because your passion for mountain biking should never be held back by an accident, the PEMBREE+ program allows you to get replacement equipment at a reduced price on a new product (excluding grips) in the event of a crash.

Under the PEMBREE+ Crash Replacement program, workshop fees and shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility. The discount applies only to the price of the new replacement product.

PEMBREE+ Crash Replacement does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to non-compliant use, but it complements your warranty to offer you total peace of mind when you need it most.
