Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Go to My Orders.
  3. Click Request a Return.
  4. Complete the return request form, specifying the reason for your return.

Once your request has been reviewed by the LOOK Cycle Customer Service team, and if your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with a return form.

The customer is responsible for returning the product(s) to LOOK at their own expense, using the return address provided by our Customer Service team.

Please ensure that the return form is included with your parcel. Returns must be shipped to the address communicated by LOOK Customer Service.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (such as special orders or customized items);
  • Hazardous materials;
  • Flammable liquids or gases.

If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our Customer Service team before sending it back.

Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


Order Changes

Any request to modify an order (including size or color changes) must be submitted to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of order confirmation.

After this period, your order may already be in preparation or have been handed over to our logistics partner for shipment, and we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made.

Once your order has been shipped, you may still exercise your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable, in accordance with the laws in force.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period for European Union Customers

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us using our contact form.
