This is the next-generation warranty program that protects your PEMBREE products: pedals, handlebars, stems, seatposts, seat clamps and grips. 

Purchased on pembree.com? You're automatically enrolled. Purchased in-store? Activate your PEMBREE+ warranty online within 30 days of purchase — it's simple and free. Here's how we take care of your PEMBREE products.

At PEMBREE, we believe that exceptional pedals and products deserve protection to match. 

That's why your pedals are protected for 5 years from the date of purchase with PEMBREE+ — an extended warranty, offered free of charge, which must also be activated within 30 days. 

Your handlebars, stems, seat clamps and seatposts are covered for life with PEMBREE+ — a free warranty that can be activated online within 30 days of purchase. 

Grips are covered by the 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. The 30-day PEMBREE+ period allows you to report any apparent structural defects from your first rides. 

To register within 30 days, just drop a copy of your original invoice or receipt, as it's required for all warranty claims and crash replacement. 

These warranties reflect our lasting commitment: to let you ride longer, freer and with complete peace of mind. 

All our products automatically benefit from the legal warranty required by law, with no registration necessary. In Europe, this warranty covers you for 2 years against defects of conformity. If a repair is carried out during this period, coverage is automatically extended by 12 months, giving you up to 3 years of total protection. 

For all other countries, the applicable legal warranty period is that provided for by the regulations in force in your country. You can consult the official information on your national consumer authority's website. 

Here is a detailed list of what is not covered by the PEMBREE+ warranty: 

Normal wear and tear — Components subject to friction and regular contact naturally wear over time and use. This includes: grips, pedal pins, bearings (excluding premature failure), anodised surfaces (superficial scratches), and seals. 

Accidental damage — Damage resulting from impacts, crashes or falls is not a manufacturing defect. For these situations, our PEMBREE+ program offers a Crash Replacement at 50% off during the first year. 

Unauthorised modifications or repairs — Any product that has been modified, incorrectly disassembled or repaired with non-approved parts loses its warranty coverage. 

Lack of maintenance — Regular maintenance is required to keep your components performing at their best. Failures due to lack of maintenance (seized bearings from lack of lubrication, preventable corrosion) are not covered. 

Improper use — Any use for which the product was not designed — for example, using gravity pedals on a road bike in competition, or fitting components to non-cycling vehicles. 

Shipping costs — if no defect is found following technical analysis.

PEMBREE has your back, even after a crash.

Because your passion for mountain biking should never be stopped by an accident or a crash, the PEMBREE+ program also allows you, through PEMBREE+ Crash Replacement, to replace your gear at half price with a brand new product (excluding grips) during the first year after your purchase. 

Any workshop fitting fees (if you have the replacement product installed by a professional) and shipping costs remain your responsibility. 

PEMBREE+ Crash Replacement does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to improper use, but it complements your warranty to give you total peace of mind when you need it most.
