Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Any order confirmed on the site is transmitted to our logistics provider within an average period of twenty-four (24) hours after its confirmation.

Upon receipt of the order by our logistics provider, it is prepared and shipped the same day, subject to product availability and excluding exceptional periods (sales, product launches, special operations, or cases of force majeure).

2. Delivery Timeframes

The delivery timeframes indicated below are given for information purposes only and correspond to the timeframes usually observed after shipment of the order.

  • France, United Kingdom, and United States:
    Delivery within forty-eight (48) business hours after shipment.
  • Other European Union countries:
    Delivery within a period of up to eight (8) business days after shipment.

These timeframes are understood in business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the Customer receives a shipping confirmation email containing the information needed to track their parcel.

4. Shipping Charges

The applicable delivery charges are indicated to the Customer before the final confirmation of the order, during the payment process, and vary depending on the country of destination, the selected carrier, and the weight of the parcel.

5. Delivery Delays

In the event of a delivery delay beyond PEMBREE's control (carrier, customs formalities, weather conditions, force majeure), no compensation may be claimed.

In accordance with the regulations in force, if delivery exceeds the maximum legal timeframe, the Customer may request cancellation of the sale under the conditions provided for by Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code.

6. Delivery Zones

The products are delivered to:

  • France
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • European Union countries

For any delivery request outside these zones, the Customer is invited to contact customer service before placing an order.

7. Liability

PEMBREE cannot be held liable for delays or failures in delivery attributable to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer.
