Does it cost anything to join?
No. Applying and running your Avelon account is free.
How much do I earn per sale?
Your commission rate and the discount attached to your code are confirmed in your welcome email and shown in your Avelon dashboard once your application is approved.
Do I need a minimum number of followers?
No. We look at engagement, credibility and how you talk about riding — not audience size.
How and when am I paid?
Sales are tracked automatically against your code. Commission is paid monthly through Avelon once your payout details are set up.
How do I know a sale came from me?
Everything is tracked in your Avelon dashboard in real time — clicks, orders and commission, order by order.
Can I share my code anywhere?
Share it with your own community — social posts, videos, newsletters, your club. We do ask you not to post it on coupon, cashback or deal-aggregator sites; those undercut the programme for everyone in it.
Do I get free products?
Ambassadors get preferential terms on their own builds. Product support is discussed case by case as the partnership develops.
How long does approval take?
We review applications in batches and aim to come back to you within a few working days.
Can I be an ambassador for other brands too?
Yes. We only ask that you don't promote directly competing component brands alongside us.
